In this documentary, originally released in 2000, Anne-Sophie Mutter gives us an insight into her view of Beethoven and shares experiences of playing his music, starting with her teenage years, when she performed the Beethoven Violin Concerto with Herbert Von Karajan. The documentary includes video clips and photos of Mutter throughout her life, as well as an interview with a French violinist whose advice she sought on purchasing her Strad.
