The Kurpfälzische Kammerorchester e.V. is seeking a Substitute Concertmaster as Parental Leave Cover for one year.
The Kurpfälzische Kammerorchester e.V. consists of 14 musicians. What unites us is the joy of chamber music, the joint search for musical solutions, working in detail, and the collective experience of music.
Our repertoire ranges from early Baroque to contemporary music. As a Mannheim orchestra, we feel particularly committed to the music of the Mannheim School.
In various formations, we play with and increasingly without a conductor.
The Substitute Concertmaster must occasionally conduct concerts from the desk.
