Auditions will be held on August 2022 in Kyoto. City of Kyoto Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1956 under the management of the Kyoto City Government as the only orchestra managed by a public authority in Japan. In April 2015, City of Kyoto Symphony Orchestra received the 46th Suntory Music Award, one of Japan's most prestigious prizes in musical achievement.
