informations

The Kurpfälzische Kammerorchester e.V. consists of 14 musicians. What unites us is the joy of chamber music, the common search for musical solutions, working in detail, and the collective experience of music.
Our repertoire ranges from early Baroque to contemporary music. As a Mannheim orchestra, we feel particularly committed to the music of the Mannheim School.
We play in various formations, increasingly with and without a conductor.
In addition to the usual concertmaster duties, we offer the opportunity to artistically lead concert projects from the podium and to perform as a soloist.
We are looking for a musical personality who has both a sound knowledge of the performance practice of 18th century music and a wide stylistic range.
