The Orchestra Academy of the Oldenburg State Orchestra is offering a one-year scholarship for the instrument Viola for the 26/27 season. We offer: - Participation in rehearsals and productions of the Oldenburg State Orchestra in the fields of musical theater and concert (up to 15 engagements per month) - Academy-owned productions, chamber concerts, etc. - Audition training - Workshops and coachings - Individual and chamber music lessons with mentors from the Oldenburg State Orchestra - Payment of a scholarship to cover living expenses in the amount of €900 per month Requirement: - Maximum age on September 1st, 2026: 27 years - German language skills (at least level B1) This offer is aimed at advanced students or graduates with a recently completed music degree. The audition will take place in the rehearsal center of the Oldenburg State Theater. Please register at the stage door no earlier than one hour before the start of the audition. Travel and accommodation costs will not be reimbursed.
