First Concertmaster of the renowned Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Anton Barakhovsky has graced the important concert halls of our time as a Soloist, Chamber Musician & as an orchestral leader.
Barakhovsky began studying the violin with Matvej Lieberman, continuing his studies in Hamburg with Mark Lubotsky and Kolja Blacher and in New York with Dorothy DeLay.
Barakhovsky has been nurturing the younger generation through the BRSO Akademie, & is teaching exclusively at the EMF Masterclasses.
