The Rudolf Kempe Orchestra Academy of the Chemnitz Theatre includes participation in rehearsals, concerts and performances (max. 15 services per month), solo lessons with mentors from the orchestra, chamber music and chamber music concerts. Hartmut Schill, 1st concertmaster and director of the academy, is responsible for chamber music studies. He is supported by other mentors from the orchestra, who ensure that the academy students feel comfortable and are well integrated. The basic requirement for the Orchestra Academy is enrolment at a university. We look forward to receiving your application!
