All rounds to be played in orchestral tuning.

The jury reserves the right to invite a limited number of applicants. Invited applicants will be notified by email 7th August 2026 The orchestra will provide an accompanist for the audition. The audition repertoire is: Solo: C.D. von Dittersdorf: Concerto, 1st mov. with cadenza and 2nd mov. without cadenza OR J.B. Vanhal: Concerto, 1st Mov. with cadenza and 2nd mov. without cadenza. (Applicants are free to use any edition and cadenza) and S. Koussevitsky: Concerto, 1st mov OR G. Bottesini: Concerto No 2., 1st mov. with cadenza Furthermore, Chamber Music and a number of excerpts which can be downloaded from the orchestra webpage from 1st June onwards. Full program to be played in orchestra tuning at the audition. 1st round will be played behind a screen.
