New Jersey Sinfonietta (NJS) is hosting the 2023 NJS Korean Young Artist Music Competition, sponsored by the Songdang Arts Association.
The Songdang Arts Association is a non-profit, cultural organization established in South Korea that focuses on discovering talented, Korean young musicians, creating opportunities to perform on the world stage, and promoting their musical excellence to the international audience.
Building on our success with the first Young Artists Recital in 2023, we invite talented Korean musicians to shine on the debut stage at the historic concert hall 'Laeiszhalle’ in Hamburg, Germany in 2024.
The unique opportunity in Hamburg, the birthplace of Brahms and Mendelssohn that boasts world-class concert halls such as the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle, will grant invaluable experience to aspiring young musicians.
We hope that many Korean musicians (nationals or descendants abroad) take the opportunity to showcase their musical brilliance on a European stage. |
