The Philharmonia Orchestra is welcoming applications for the position of No. 2 Viola to join our fantastic string section. First round auditions will be held on Friday 4 March 2022. Second round auditions will be held on Saturday 5 March 2022.

First round auditions: candidates will need to prepare the first movement of either a Stamitz or Hoffmeister concerto & the first movement of a Bartok or Walton concerto, and orchestral excerpts (which will be provided upon offer of audition).
Second round auditions: candidates will need to perform the same concertos as the first round, along with orchestral excerpts and chamber music.
