Collaborate closely with other section leaders, group leaders, administration, and the chief conductor. Participate in meetings concerning program planning. Manage rotation and tasks within the violin group. Personal requirements: Outstanding musical and artistic abilities. Good cooperation and ensemble skills. Good leadership skills, socially and artistically. Workload: Maximum of 29 weeks of playing in the orchestra per year. Audition requirements: Mozart: Violin concerto 3, 4 or 5 (free choice) 1. and 2. movement (with cadenza). Violin concerto by Beethoven, Brahms, Sibelius, or Tchaikovsky, 1. movement (with cadenza).
