- Pour s’inscrire, le candidat doit faire un dépôt de 100 $ ; montant qui lui sera remboursé seulement s’il se présente à l’audition. Le dépôt doit être envoyé au : C.P. 1281, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 5K8 .

- Le comité d’audition se réserve le droit de rejeter, à toute étape de l’audition, tout candidat qui ne se conforme pas aux exigences requises.

- Les musiciens de l’OSTR sont membres de la Fédération américaine des musiciens via la Guilde des musiciens et musiciennes du Québec, et le candidat choisi doit être ou devenir membre de cette Guilde.

- L’horaire final des auditions sera communiqué aux candidats une semaine avant la tenue des auditions.

- When applying, candidates must include a 100 $ deposit refundable only upon the candidate being present at the audition. The deposit must be sent to : C.P. 1281, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 5K8.

- At any time during the process, the auditioning committee reserves the right to reject a candidate who has not fulfilled all the prescribed requirements.

- Musicians with the OSTR are members of the American Federation of Music (Quebec Musicians’ Guild). The chosen candidate must be a member of the Guild or must join the Guild.

- Candidates will be notified of the final audition schedule one week before scheduled date.
