informations	As Associate 1st Concertmaster / 2nd Concertmaster you actively contribute to the orchestra’s performance ambitions with your excellent playing in a dedicated and vibrant string section. You support the concertmasters in performing their task and are able to function in the first seat if necessary. In addition, you will support the NNO in areas such as music education and outreach activities, marketing initiatives, or as a member of an audition panel.  The auditions are open only to EU citizens and citizens from Iceland, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein, or other musicians already holding a non-temporary residence permit for the Netherlands with full work authorization. Travel cost will be reimbursed up to a maximum of EUR 50,-
mandatory pieces	W.A. Mozart Violin Concerto No. 4 in D KV 218 or No. 5 in A KV 219 – 1st movement with cadenza. 1st Movement with cadenza from one of the following Violin Concertos: Beethoven, Brahms, Tchaikovsky or Sibelius. Orchestral works. Those candidates invited to audition will be notified of the required orchestral works.
